What success looks like in this role:
Build out the advanced analytics team and further the development and adoption of our predictive models.
Apply your expertise in people research, quantitative analysis, data science and data visualization
Own vision, roadmap, implementation and support for reporting and analytics tools/services (survey vendors, reporting in other HR tools).
Provide insight on how to turn data insights into concrete measurable actions
See beyond the data to identify solutions that will raise the bar for all things people-related
Partner with the HR, recruiting and diversity teams on people projects to identify and clarify critical people issues, deeply understand our people processes, and analyze data to drive improvements
Convey a data-driven story to technical and non-technical audiences around key business insights
Build a deep technical and functional understanding of the People Analytics domain and solutions
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Degree in Data Science/ Analytics or Statistics or Mathematics or other related quantitative field
Professional certification and/or Master’s Degree are desirable.
Experience with machine learning, text mining/natural language processing (NLP) or modeling high-dimensional data.
Experience applying Machine Learning models, Statistics, Simulation, Operational Research, or Deterministic Optimization within the People/HR domain
Experience managing and analyzing structured and unstructured data using tools such as SQL, R or Python.
Strong understanding of the application of statistics in business, such as forecasting, machine learning, causations and correlations
Experience influencing technical results to technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of an organization
Experienced in survey design & analysis.
Experience in conducting primary and secondary research using qualitative and quantitative data and leading research teams and complex research and data development workstreams.
Experience processing, analyzing, and interpreting data sets in order to make business recommendations and decisions
Understanding of HR CoE program needs and translating these into technical requirements
