candidate must have experience in the following areas: administrative matters, legal, work relating to statutory bodies of the University, academic record keeping; ability to understand complex rules and regulations, and ability to apply them in varying circumstances;

exceptional writing and speaking skills;ability to use initiative,
establish priorities and meet multiple deadlines;
strong ethical convictions and a commitment to quality service; experience with management of an office and evaluation of employees/administration;
The Deputy Registrar will be responsible for the daily internal administration of the University and provision of prompt and accurate service to students, alumni, faculty, administration.
The Deputy Registrar will assist the Registrar in the management of all major activities, like establishment matters, legal matters, Campus/estate management, statutory compliance and meetings, materials management, the maintenance of administrative databases, and the supervision of all staff and student workers.
analyses and reports as needed and perform other related duties and special projects as assigned or directed.
Qualification and Experience:
5-10 years related professional experience in University Administration in progressively responsible positions in a University including at least 5 years working as an Dy. Registrar or Assistant Registrar of the University. Preferably Legal Knowledge.
