Job Description : Implementation Support Specialist:In this entry level position, you will have the opportunity to start your career in software conversions and implementations, gaining knowledge and experience with one of the largest providers of software and services for the financial services industry. Knowledge of basic database concepts and SQL is required.As a new team member, you will be working in our Sales Engineer and Client Support team to assist in the software conversion and implementation process for our clients. You will learn our software products, the implementation process and our client experience playbook to effectively deliver to our clients. On the job training is part of this position as well as opportunities for advancement into other areas of our company.ResponsibilitiesAssist in client software conversions and implementations.Identify and escalate any issues during the conversion/implementation/support process.Look for process improvements and efficiencies.Assist and perform initial set-up calls for software conversions or implementations.Conduct verification tests to ensure there are no issues.Quality check your work to ensure the implementation/conversion is delivered flawlessly to the client.Partner with the line of business and support team to ensure client needs are met during and after implementation/conversion.Handle incoming Client Support requests via phone and email in a timely and courteous mannerRecord, document, and track within the Support desk application problem-solving process, including seeing each issue through to final resolutionTest deployed fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolvedSupport team members, other departments, and management with varying daily and administrative tasks as well as special assignments and projectsDevelop a thorough understanding of our products and be able to communicate with clients through varying degrees of inquiriesCreate “Decisioning” logic using proprietary rules for marketing automationKnowledge of popular personal computer software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookRequirements:Bachelors degree/Associates degree preferred; high school diploma required.Hands-on experience with database operations a plus.Comfortable in a technical environment.Knowledge of IIS, command prompt, Remote Desktop, and other Windows features a plusKnowledge of Credit Union/Banking industry a plusExcellent Customer service, problem-solving and follow-up skillsComputer literacy and ease with toggling between software programs and Internet browsersPerform unit and system level testing on applications with strong attention to detailExperience supporting, repairing, configuring, and installing computer hardware; and familiarity with internet, email, and basic networkingKnowledgeable with Microsoft Office.SQL knowledge is required.Basic knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio is required.High attention to detail and well organized.Eagerness to accept and complete assigned tasks.Ability to meet deadlines while multitasking across multiple projects.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable working directly with clients.Team oriented and goal driven.Professional, strong work ethic.Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:SQL: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
