Job Description
The Role
Working within the Qualitative team, you will provide support in delivering research on a wide range and type of client – from big media and tech brands through to political organisations and charities.
You will harness your innate curiosity of what motivates people through your work in designing screener to recruit the right people to interviews and assisting with guides to the conversations you will help to facilitate. You will use your ability to analyse and explain complex motivations to others when helping in the summarization and reporting of the research you’ve helped to collect.
What will I be delivering?
You will apply your organization skills in:Creating and testing screeners to recruit the best people to interview on a given subjectSelecting the best people to take part in research projectsOver time, conducting qualitative interviews with respondents online through video calls, text focus groups and online forumsAssisting in the analysis of qualitative interviews conducted by others, using analysis grids to note key points and quotesContribute to, and help quality control reporting – bringing the story alive for clients

Additional Information
Shift Timings : 2 pm to 11 pm IST, Monday to Friday
