Job Description : Account ManagerAbout the jobAthena SWC LLC, headquartered in Amherst, NY, is a sales and marketing development agency that serves as an outsourced lead generation team for B2B businesses. We help our clients engage with target prospects and assist them with moving sales opportunities through the sales pipeline by providing tools and a team to execute and manage the sales process.We are looking for a goal-oriented individual who can lead multiple programs and teams effectively. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customer and will be tasked to create and grow lasting customer relationships that result in high customer retention. You will also assist with leading and growing our people internally through mentoring and coaching.Individuals should be extremely detailed, organized, and proven customer-facing sales and marketing professionals with willingness to learn and mature as leaders.
