Job Purpose
To address day-to-day procurement and its operations, innovative ways to simplify process and value by improving Supply chain excellence parameters.
Following activities to be performed to deliver the above job purpose,
Floating of RFPs for equipment and services
Preparation of comparison charts
Negotiation of cost, terms and conditions
Preparation of NFAs
Creation of contracts
Vendor Onboarding
MAT code creation
Procure to Pay management
Vendor Development and Partnering
Also, the above activities requires wide range of co-ordination with internal and external stake holders such as
Internal: – Service Delivery team PAN India ( across circle ) and in Corporate, Pre-sales team, New Product Development, Technology team, across Enterprise business verticals, legal, Finance, SSC, Tax, internal auditors etc.,
External: – Vendor base of more than 200 active vendors, external auditors etc.,
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Bids & Tenders
Pre-sales pricing supports
Driving on special projects from concept level to contracting.
Pan India Inventory Management, Imports & Customs
Audit
Business partnering for input cost optimization and pricing support
Special deals finalization over and above contracted pricings
Partnership support for new projects – onboarding and contracting
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Core Competencies:
Experience in RFP and contract management,
Good in Negotiation and communication
Supply Chain process understanding
Knowledge:
Knowledge in technical and commercial aspects related to the job.
Experience:
Preferably 8-10 years of work experience.
Technical / Professional Qualifications:
Graduate Engineering preferred
Must have technical / professional qualifications
Engineering graduate is preferred.
Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, power point is must.
