Job Description : We are Sherrelwood Services, a property maintenance company serving rental properties in the Boulder area. We strive to have a positive, fun, atmosphere with lots of team support. We serve a variety of properties including student rentals, apartment buildings and single family homes. Every day is different with a wide variety of issues to handle.We are looking for an experienced maintenance tech to join our awesome team! Need to have a clean driving record and pass background check.Must have a good work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work independently with experience in most property repairs:Plumbing: Sweating copper, replacing water heaters, replacing faucets, toilets, fill valves/lines, shower valves, replacing garbage disposals etc.Electric: Installing light fixtures, replacing outlets and switches.Other: Minor drywall repairs and carpentry, HVAC experience a plus.If interested please respond with your resume.Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
