When you need to see a provider quickly, MedRite Urgent Care is here for you.Job Responsibilities: · First point of contact for employees, this person will provide support for employee enrollment inquiries· Oversees Benefits Administrator and Leave Administration Specialist· Manage employee benefits programs including but not limited Medical, HSA, Dental, Vision, Disability, Flex Spending, Life Insurance, Retirement, COBRA, FMLA, Paid Leaves, and Workers’ Compensation, 401K· Leave of absence payroll reporting validation· Ability to process benefit enrollments, COBRA, terminations of coverage, changes, beneficiaries, disability, retirements, and death claims.· This includes assessing client needs, managing relationships with insurance carrier and general agent partners, managing, and placing client benefit programs, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure client successMinimum Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field· Must have 2 years plus experience in benefits administration· Strong PC capability (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).· Experience with HR Information Systems required.
