Job Description : Data Analyst- $19-$21/hr. Seeking an entry level Data Analyst to join the team of a large master data department, and is looking to grow their skills.Job Duties- Work with the IT function on purchasing requests by preparing purchase orders and managing requests in ticketing system and vendor portalsWork with Technical Services team on approved hardware, software and /or services requests and to submit purchase quotes; this often involves collaboration with the business to verify codingEnsure the appropriate timing and accuracy of accruals related to purchase orders created through correspondence with requestors in accordance with company accounting policies, procedures, and chart of accountsWork with the business to resolve vendor inquiries on payment remittance details, misapplied payments and/or outstanding balances dueJob Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Internship or accounting: 1 year (Preferred)strong Excel: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
