Job Description
Responsibilities and Tasks
Verifies and Releases Sales Orders for Customer Shipments
Monitors ZVDN for daily and weekly shipments.
Monitors Post Electrical inventory using SAP and MAM reports.
Creates ZVPKGs to move product through Post Electrical for eventual orders.
Creates ZSTK and ZSTR orders for in-house transfer shipments.
Stays current on email.
Provides the response time required for the level of priority on emails and pages.
Uses MAM for visibility of inventory needing orders.
Uses ClearQuest to report any Production problems or needed SAP enhancements.
Communicates with product coordinators, MOD planners, Test planners, Post Electrical leadership, and Finished Goods leadership on product and shipments as needed.
Provides clear, concise, effectively written and verbal passdowns daily.
Prepares and organizes the area for both the beginning and end of the shift.
Follows up on issues in a timely manner throughout the shift.
Communicates short-term constraints, issues, priorities, and special instructions.
Analyzes global inventories.
Communicates to the appropriate groups.
Makes adjustments as necessary.
Identifies Opportunities for Continuous Improvements
Communicates planning needs to the Planning manager.
Maintains knowledge of process/machine capacity, utilization, and expectations.
Actively participates in meetings, quality teams, and discussions.
Attends required meetings and is able to facilitate meetings when needed.
Participates in brainstorming meetings.
Updates management on benefits of change using comparative analysis.
Assists in providing data for justification of resources and improvements.
Proposes process improvements.
Open to new ideas.
Assesses inefficiencies.
Reads and interprets statistical process control charts.
Communicates quality issues to management.
Implements, Communicates, Monitors, and Supports Change
Promotes and provides an environment open to change.
Clarifies the goals and implications of the change.

Monitors process changes to see if they are effective.
Provides timely feedback to management principles.
