Job Description : KLDiscovery, one of the largest national eDiscovery providers, is currently seeking an Associate Project Manager to support our Project Management Operations Team. The Associate Project Manager is the primary point of contact for our clients from project initiation through closeout. This person is responsible for ensuring that projects are carried out to the best possible standards, within relevant timelines, at an acceptable cost and in line with overall company objectives, while meeting client requirements for deliverables.The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting all activities of the Project Management Operations Team.Remote, work from home opportunity.ResponsibilitiesWork in tandem with Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to support the completion of active client projectsSupport Project Management group with administrative tasks including billing, job tracking, scheduling, reporting and answers to client inquiriesSchedule and conduct project meetings to understand project goals, processes, timelines and expectations, documenting meeting minutes as requiredInput requirements into work order tracking system including project revisions and updates throughout the project cycleAssist in the development and maintenance of client and management reportsAct as liaison with Operations to understand, communicate and provide administrative support for appropriate solutions for active client projectsDirectly manage small, transaction based projects that only include receipt of media, simple processing and shipment of deliverablesManage content and information on Project Management’s knowledge base, FAQ and SharePoint documentation repositoriesMaintain a general understanding of our industry and trends and a thorough understanding of all company products and services and technologiesQualifications3 plus years of work experience in project management, administrative or related roleBachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma (or equivalent) requiredSolid written and verbal communications skills are critical to the success of this positionClient service oriented attitude is requiredTeamwork, attention to detail, positive attitude and self-motivation are also important attributesSaaS, Professional services, Electronic discovery or litigation related experience is a plusThis position does not qualify for VISA sponsorship.What We OfferA friendly and welcoming team-oriented environmentOpportunities for career advancement and growthBusiness casual dressMedical/Dental/Vision benefits as well as company provided Life Insurance, Short Term and Long-Term DisabilityPaid Time Off & 401k retirement savings plan with company matchOur Cultural ValuesEntrepreneurs at heart, we are a customer first team sharing one goal and one vision.
