A Great Mainstream Accounts Payable Clerk:
Sorts, logs, scans, and files invoices, checks, and other documents
Enters a heavy load of data
Completes full-cycle A/P and A/R
Validates, records, and sends checks, including expediting special handling
A Mainstream Accounts Payable Clerk MUST HAVE:
At least 2+ years prior experience doing financial services of similar requirements.
Bachelors or equivalent (preferred)
An upbeat and positive attitude
Ability to communicate effectively with management and staff to ensure proper processes are followed and accounted for.
A Clean Background Check and Drug Test.
