In case if you are not looking, please share this job with anyone you might know who is available for a new job.Job Title: DispatcherLocation: Denver, CO 80239Duration: 10+ months/ can be extendedSchedule Hours: 5PM – 3:30AMPay Rate : NegotiableThese roles are possible temp to perm conversionsSchedule Days:#Wednesday -Saturday (4-10 hour a day with flexibility required);#2 Sunday – Wednesday (4-10 hour a day with flexibility required);Must be able to train on other shifts and days to startJob Accountabilities: Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:o Daily problem solving of issues, identify root cause, generate solutions to eliminate future occurrenceso Communicate with DC’s, Sales, store customers, Co-packers, and suppliers regarding any delays or driver schedule changes.o Coordinate the delivery of loads tendered to Common Carriers, Local Carriers, Company Fleet, and GESo Enable Cross functional support (Sales, Warehouse, Manufacturing) while meeting service commitments.o Engagement and Leadership in site business and people initiatives (examples: inclusion, safety, service, sales partnership, etc.)o Maintain Regulatory compliance for Traffic Center including company, state and federal compliance and recordkeepingo Requires learning and backup of other administrative roles as needed and directed.o Resolve dispatch issues driven by order changes, ship date delays or driver availability.o Assign loads/trips as necessary to cover all runs on the board and ensure seamless communication throughout the Supply Chain and to Sales.o Adjust delivery sequences in the Dispatch Planning System as necessary, including building runs/boards to meet business needs.o Verify Driver DOT Hours of Service and Award GES/Core Runs Daily accordingly.o Take calls from drivers, sales and warehouse to resolve issues as neededo Working a flexible schedule and OT outside of normal shifts hours and weekends when necessaryo Perform general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, faxing, scanning, etc.PEP#100121Job Types: Full-time, TemporarySalary: $22.00 per hourJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hourSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftExperience:Dispatcher: 2 years (Required)Supply Chain & Logistics: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
