Roles & Responsibilities:
Installing, maintaining, and repairing CAT5/CAT6 cable infrastructure.
Maintaining and supervising the IT hub rooms and data center infrastructure.
Experience in installing the networking passive components.
Termination of RJ45 and RJ11 connectors.
Experience in maintaining the fiber optics cable infrastructure.
Experience in testing and troubleshooting issues with network communication.
Responding the user’s field level support requests.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
