Job Description : Social Media ManagerJob descriptionAlbany Park, albanypark.com, is looking for a Social Media Associate to join our in- house Marketing and Creative Team to help bring the Albany Park brand voice to life across all platforms – TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond.This person will assist on the strategy and creation of new content, and by engaging with our audience. They are a creative thinker who understands the importance of testing various types of content and measuring results. They are relentless in their pursuit of success and are willing to learn from our CMO.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Marketing and Creative Team on social strategy and content calendar, based on our brand voice, on-going marketing efforts, and current trendsCreate, edit, and post weekly content on behalf of Albany Park that embraces emerging trends, drives innovation within the channel, and aligns with Albany Park’s objectivesEngage with the Albany Park community, including replying to comments, creating reply videos, and participating in topical conversationsIdentify and repurpose top-performing content for Performance TeamWork alongside Partnerships Team to identify potential Influencer Partners on all platformsShare insights on top-performing content in bi-weekly social media report, along with ongoing competitive analysisJob requirementsProven success on TikTok, either through a personal account or another brand accountDemonstrates the ability to use inclusive and empathetic languageStrong communication and organization skills, with the ability to work across multiple teamsAn eye for design and aesthetics, as shown through your personal social accounts or other relevant workBased in Houston, TX (or Austin, TX) with the ability to travel to our showrooms, photoshoot locations, and other locations around the cityPassionate about interior design and furnitureYou in a nutshellStrategic and creative mindset, who’s on top of culture and ongoing trendsDesire to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up environmentBe willing to collaborate, take feedback, and learn as you goEmbody our company values: customer experience, collaboration, and innovationJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Texas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Social Media Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
