Job Description : Essential Functions: Ø Greet members and guestsØ Answer phone callsØ Make tee times and check in golfers using online Foretees reservation systemØ Assist in opening and closing of Golf ShopØ Operate POS (point of sale) system to carry out merchandise transactionsØ Assist customers with purchasesØ Contribute to maintaining an attractive and orderly appearance of the Golf Shop and merchandise displaysØ Other duties as assignedQualifications: Ø Basic knowledge and/or experience in golf preferredØ Experience providing high levels of customer serviceØ Excellent oral and written communication skillsØ Ability to work independentlyØ Knowledge of computer point of sale systemsØ Strong organizational skillsØ Ability to lift up to 40 poundsØ Self-motivated and hardworkingØ Ability to understand, comprehend and follow verbal instructionsØ Must be able to work weekends and holidaysBenefits: Ø Practice and playing privileges when availableØ One meal during shiftØ Ability to purchase merchandise at employee pricingØ Uniform providedJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, TemporaryPay: $16.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftWeekend availabilityWork Location: One location
