Job Title: Sales Intern
Job Purpose:
We’re seeking Leads Generation interns to sell Whitehat Jr’s product that our customers have grown to rely on. The role involves going on field activities in good malls, schools, supermarkets – generating good quality leads by pitching the product and then registering these leads to a central platform for sales team to convert. The role also involves timely interaction with sales team to help in closures. In case an intern gets an PPO, the role has high growth prospects to Team Leader, Area Manager and Region Manager as WhiteHat Jr looks to scale BTL as good quality lead generating engine for the company.
Scope: Generate good quality leads and register them on the platform for sales team to convert. Work with Sales team to assist in closure of leads
Work Location: Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Pune
Working days: 6 working days with 1 day-off which will be during the week
Shifts (subject to change): Shift start hour will be after 11 AM and shift end hour before 9 PM (9 hour shift)
Mandatory Language Fluency: English, Hindi
Stipend: 15,000 per month + 2,000 Travel Allowance
Incentives: Upto 5000 per month
Responsible for generating quality Enquiries/Leads through on-ground promotional events and activitiesInteracting with customers viz a viz parents and understanding their concerns about their child’s educationPitch them about WhiteHat Jr’s and convince them to book for a free trial classDrive the campaign through lead generation and proper target alignmentEnsuring proper collateral setup on the given asset locationResponsible for overall campaign management2 Month Internship period post which full-time role would be offered based on performance (meeting weekly targets for lead generation)
QualificationsTrack record of exceeding targets in sales, > 1 year of experience in BTL sales (preferable).Fluency in English and Hindi, ability, and willingness to deliver good quality resultsExcellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.Ability to counsel a parent for the child’s futureGraduation or 2 years diploma with 12th passWorking knowledge of Salesforce, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)Immediate joiners are preferred. Must have 1 month or less notice period.
