Position : Accounts Executive
Job Description : Your responsibilities will include:Daily Cash collection from all branches and checking then deposition & Prepare and verify daily reports.Overseeing & check all incoming invoices and finalize for payment processing.Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.Assist on monthly interim financial statements.Maintain all record of policies of all director and CEO.Maintains all bank account of sdc, shdpl and directors with overdraft limit and latest balances.Priority payment of all misc. bills and government taxes charges fees first on basis.Maintain cash tally and reporting to director and senior accountant.Schedule of rent of all branches to be paid every month.Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.Any other work as per the instructions of the HOD / Senior colleague.Maintain / Entries of Loan and Interest with Brokerages in Books.Scrutiny and TDS survey papers preparation.Priority payment of all misc. bills and government taxes charges fees like TDS, PT, PF, and ESIC first on basis.Job Types: Full-time, Walk-InPay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Flexible shiftSupplemental Pay:Overtime payApplication Question(s):Do have proficiency in Basic Computer operation, MS Excel and Tally?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Tally: 1 year (Required)Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
