DISHWASHER
RESPONSIBILITIES
The dishwasher has primary responsibility for executing dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, and food storage organizing activities in support of our mission to cook delicious, handcrafted meals in our 80-seat roadside cafe – our summer season food service features both menu and buffet service – the dishwasher also assists with food prep activities as required.

Loves to clean and organize – and, has great attention to detail.
Likes to work hard [not just in concept, but in reality!!!].
Thrives on work requiring serious flexibility and multi-tasking.
Views favorably the idea of having a physical work component to their work day.
Is excited about the opportunity to spend a summer “midnight sun” season and fall “aurora” season north of the Arctic Circle in Alaska’s Brooks Mountain Range – and, having the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with the guests we serve.
WORK SCHEDULE
Morning Shift – 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM & 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Evening Shift – 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM & 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM
5 days per week
COMPENSATION
$13.00 / hour PLUS gratuities PLUS $2,000.00 season completion bonus PLUS room & meals [at no cost to coworker]
