Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $23/hr.

Job Responsibilities & Description for Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Process and apply cash receipts into accounting system.
Identify and post all deposits within 24 hours of receipt.
Perform refunds to keep Accounts Receivable balances updated and free of over payments.
Job Requirements for Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Accounts Receivable background.
Experience in monitoring and reconciling cash received daily versus bank statements.
Knowledge of AR process.
