If you are interested in working in fast paced, high growth company, this role is for you!This position will be located in Colorado Springs, CO.Core ResponsibilitiesAll aspects of contract administration, primarily DOD contractor and commercial, including proposal support, post-award contract administration, interface with key subcontractors and contract closeout.Interpret and negotiate contractual requirements, special provisions and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and corporate policies.Provide guidance to AMERGINT program managers, technical and production staff regarding contract details, interpretation issues, and other contract related matters.Drafting and reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements, Consulting Agreements and Software License AgreementsCompile and analyze contractual data; and maintain history.Prepare information regarding contract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation, and closeout in accordance with contractual specifications.Maintain contractual records and receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contract information, and contractual changes on assigned projects.Participates in teaming agreement and strategic marketing alliance negotiations between company and outside parties.Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business or related field.5 – 7 years of contract administration experienceWorking knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and agency-specific FAR supplements.Strong communication skills; verbal and written.Experience with Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials, Cost Reimbursable type contractsExtremely organized, thorough, and detail-orientedPassion for fostering good contracting practices and processesExperience with Microsoft Office 365Ability to obtain required training and security certificationsMay be required to obtain and maintain a security clearancePreferred SkillsMaster’s degreeWhat We OfferColorado pay range from: $93,000.00 to $130,000.00 USD annuallyFlexible work arrangementsGenerous vacation policyRecognition and rewardsPaid company holidays, sick time, and maternity/paternity leaveCompany paid medical and dental insuranceEmployer contributions to 401kHealth reimbursement account (HRA)Company funded health savings account (HSA)Short- and long-term disabilityLife insurance, AD&D, and accident insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP)Stipends for cell phone and home internetTuition/professional development assistanceEmployee discounts from company partnersOnsite gymAnnual bonus eligibility (based on company performance)Working at AMERGINTAMERGINT’s headquarters is located in northern Colorado Springs, CO.
