Job Description : Corby Hall, one of the last family owned foodservice tabletop companies in the United States, has supplied high quality and cost-effective flatware, dinnerware and hollowware for the past 40 years.We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesThis is an in-person job; Remote/Hybrid is not an option.Manage large amounts of incoming calls.Process orders, samples and invoices daily.Process customer returns and credits.Work closely with the warehouse, assist with daily shipping processes including obtaining freight quotes, scheduling trucks from various shipping companies, preparation of shipping labels and receiving of goods.Work closely with salesman to provide sales support.Manage customer pricing.Manage inventory levels.Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.SkillsProven customer support experience or experience as a client service representativeStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningSage 100 experience is a plusMS Office experienceCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.Experience with shipping.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.2+ years’ experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Randolph, NJ 07869: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
