lead our programmatic work from program design, partner identification and due diligence through implementation and measurementlead the strategic programs’ strategy, impact measurement, budget, communications, and executioncoach and manage a team of 2-3 Program Managers to develop and implement high-impact programs and partnerships
play a significant role in establishing a flagship initiative focused on education and skill-building to address wealth inequality in the USdrive internal collaboration efforts to increase employee engagement, deliver value for the community and our business as key liaison with Philanthropy Services, regional businesses, and communications & branding
raise visibility and recognition of programs and impact internally and externallyutilize your keen understanding of the non-profit landscape, program delivery models, impact measurement, and grant making to achieve outcomesidentify and develop opportunities for value-add business alignment and internal partnerships

You’ll be working on the Community Impact & Corporate Responsibility, Americas team in New York. Our team is part of the Global Sustainability and Impact organization and an important driver of bringing our purpose to life – reimaging the power of investing and connecting people for a better world.
Community Impact’s focus is on addressing wealth inequality through the our corporate philanthropy strategy and initiatives, employee engagement and local giving. This role reports to the Head of Community Impact & Corporate Responsibility, Americas.

Your expertise
You have:
ideally a bachelor’s degree or international equivalentdeep knowledge of effective interventions to address wealth inequality, and systems thinkingbackground in philanthropy, impact measurement and/or corporate responsibilityextensive networks that can be leveraged to advance knowledge and impact of programsexperience managing and coaching a team to achieve superior results, and overseeing complex, national, high-profile projects
strong analytical and critical thinking skills; experience with strategic planning
ability to develop and execute impactful communications and marketing plansstrong writing and presentation skills; presence and ability to succinctly and clearly communicate with diverse audiences and professionals at all levelsfamiliarity with financial services and wealth management industry – a plus
