Position : Region 1 Crisis Call Center Community Liaison, Full Time
Job Description : The incumbent performs professional and administrative work coordinating activities related to the Region 1 Regional Crisis Call Center. Region 1 consists of 9 Community Services Boards and includes regional initiatives including Mobile Crisis, REACH, and other STEP-VA initiatives. This position will work directly with the contracted vendor for the regional crisis call center, including interface with other initiatives such as 988 implementation and Marcus Alert. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the quality of contracted program services, coordinating services with other divisions and community partners, maintaining records and files, preparing reports, and related work as apparent or assigned. The incumbent reports to Region 1’s Regional Crisis Call Center Director and receives general supervision referring specific situations to the supervisor unless clarification of interpretation of policy is needed. In carrying out position duties, the incumbent is expected to perform in accordance with applicable professional ethics and established Region Ten Regional policies. The incumbent is expected to function with initiative as well as utilize independent judgment. Starting salary of $22.02/hour.
