We are in the process of transforming our business from an advertising model to a transaction model to improve outcomes for home shoppers and real estate agents as they connect to through our program. The Transaction and Engagement Analytics team powers Zillow with insights and recommendations to influence business strategy and move the company forward.
About the role
The Transaction and Engagement Analytics team works cross-functionally with partners across the entire business to drive customer satisfaction, transactions, and revenue. This role focuses on improving the touring process to better serve buyers interested in seeing the property. More specifically, you will:
Proactively identify areas of opportunity in the PA business, operational processes, and product suite to drive tour fulfillment and revenue
Understand the business goals, and be able to select, define and improve metrics accordingly
Build compelling, clear, and powerful visualizations of our data
Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to discuss problems, design analytics framework, pull in the most relevant data for the business, and develop solutions
Partner with data scientists to evaluate the success of experiments
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In Colorado, the standard pay range for this role is $91,600.00 – $146,400.00 Annually. This range is specific to Colorado and may not be applicable to other locations.

We’re searching for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst who has:
An undergraduate or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. science, engineering, economics, quantitative finance, operations research, statistics, or similar) or proven experience within business analytics.
2+ years of work experience with SQL, Tableau (or other data visualization software)
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
The ability to work cross-functionally and influence business partners to set realistic goals and focus on data driven solutions.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
