Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for Application related documents like User Manual/ Guide, Installation Manual & Technical Document.
Business Related Document like Scope or Business Proposal Documents.
Responsible for Software Requirements Specification (SRS)/ Technical Design Document (TDD).
Creating PowerPoint Presentations (PPT).
Skills/ Knowledge:
Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication.
Tools: Ms Office, Ms Visio, Visual Studio & MS Project.
Ability to write and explain the application process clearly.
Should be able to explain the process graphically through diagrams.
Knowledge of UML Diagrams: Use cases, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Flowcharts and Work Flow Diagrams.
Should be able to work on multiple documents at a time.
Should be able to work under pressure.
Technical Skills: Understanding of database and Development framework
