Did we mention our in-office Zen Den complete with a zero gravity massage chair, aromatherapy, and decompression space?!Talent Agent Position Description: Talent Agent will need to have a proven track record in talent acquisition across a broad spectrum of functional skill sets both technical (e.g., Engineering, IT) and non-technical (e.g., Financial Management, Program Management) to provide full scale recruiting efforts for contract and direct hire placements.Mentor, train, keep “hot” and provide feedback to employees to ensure a successful placement with our clients, including working with incumbent personnel and incumbent contractor HR operations to secure vital pay and benefits informationBuild cleared candidate pool of resources by researching and contacting local military installations, community services, internet sites, connections and joining industry specific organizations and networksResponsible for reaching goals as provided by management; including by not limited to reaching interview goals for the week and number of positions closed weekly/monthly/quarterly.Source both active and passive candidates via job boards, cleared candidate databases, Boolean searches, and other candidate generating techniquesPerform other duties assignedRequirements: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business, HR, government, IT, human resources, or related field of study2 plus years’ experience in full life cycle Recruiting, Human Resources and/or Sourcing is requiredMust be mission orientedHighly organized and detail oriented.Acute ability to prioritizeStrong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee documentsAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionInterested in growing people by driving contractor performanceResourceful and creative in their approach to problems/schedules/contractorsMust have the ability to work well in a team environment and aloha cultureMust demonstrate a strong customer focus, team orientation, and technical proficiency to include but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and OutlookAll offers are contingent upon the successful completion of background and reference checks.
