Job Description : Seattle Tree Care, a well-respected tree service company, is looking for a full-time Customer Care Specialist to keep our office running smoothly, our customers happy and our company on track for continued success. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager, and works closely with the Receptionist & Marketing Coordinator, the Operations Assistant and the Project Manager Arborists. We are a small office of 5 people in a company of 30. Most positions at Seattle Tree Care are field-based and / or remote but there are built in opportunities for interactions amongst co-workers.Your duties would include following our established systems for client communication, entering data, maintaining our database, filing, answering phone calls, responding to company email and other various administrative duties. Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and G Suite Enterprise systems a bonus, but not necessary (will train). Must be self-motivated and customer-focused, with a strong ability to prioritize and with exceptional time-management skills.Who You Are: You are passionate about your work, self motivated, inquisitive, organized and willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. You are systematic in your work and enjoy “checking things off the list.” You love talking with existing and potential customers and ensuring they have an exemplary customer service experience.Primary Responsibilities: -Direct phone and email communication with customers-Scheduling sales team appointments-Database management-Calendar support / detail confirmations-Appointment confirmations-Mail sorting-Use of spreadsheets to track key details-Supply ordering and general office dutiesRequired Skills: -“Type A” exceptional organizational skills-Customer service experience and customer serving attitude, both internally and externally-Ability to work with a diverse range of people coming from all sorts of different backgrounds, both internally and with our customers-Positive, “can do” attitude+One year of experience in a customer service / administrative role preferred but not requiredPreferred Qualifications: -Basic tree knowledge-A degree in forestry or other related fieldBenefits: -Competitive pay, based on experience-Accrued Flex PTO-Holiday pay after 3 months of full time employment-100% Medical and 50% Dental insurance after standard probationary period, plus vision reimbursement-Allocated Staff Training & Continuing Education FundsWe are willing to train the right person who will be a good fit for our dynamic company culture.
