Position : ESD 113-Education Advocate/Case Manager (Yelm)
Job Description : In accordance with Governor Inslee’s Proclamation 21-14.2 (Vaccination Requirement), employment with the Capital Region ESD 113 requires full vaccination against Covid-19 or an approved medical or religious exemption that can be accommodated.
The job of Education Advocate/Case Manager is done for the purpose/s of reviewing student academic performance and intervening when problems are identified, with the goal of providing support for students to stay in school and graduate which includes monitoring and advocating for students, coordinating services, providing ongoing feedback and encouragement, and emphasizing the importance of staying in school; and developing, coordinating, and providing a Student Success Plan for students receiving services through the program, in partnership with school personnel, family members, and community service providers.
This position is 8 hours/day and 260 days/year. Benefits include Medical/Dental, Retirement, Annual/Sick Leave and Holiday pay. Open until filled.
