Salary: $51.64 per hour / $104,039.49 annually

Designed to fast track you into a leadership role, this program is perfect for experienced business professionals or military veterans who thrive at leading others and are eager to continue growing their careers.
During this 1.5 to 2+ year program, you’ll rotate through various leadership roles while sharpening your technical, business, and leadership skills. You’ll learn the ins and outs of GEICO, from how we handle claims to our strategies and processes for selling policies to our customers. While directly learning from leaders within our company, you’ll work on projects that develop your critical thinking skills, decision making adeptness, and ability to lead an effective team. Leveraging strategic thinking and planning, you’ll continue learning how to analyze data to drive and sustain results. When you successfully finish the program, you’ll be ready for a future with enormous potential as a Director at GEICO.

Salary:
Salary: $51.64 per hour / $104,039.49 annually
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years prior management experience or 3+ years management experience with a MBA
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude, high expectations, and a strong executive presence
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated leadership experience and a desire to motivate and develop others
Capacity to handle increasingly challenging tasks
