About the Role:

Oversee the day to day operations of the scheduling team, including all activities related to inbound and outbound scheduling, real time problem solving, and coordination with Cityblock’s care teams
Collaborate with Engagement and Market leads in the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of outbound and inbound scheduling workflows across all markets at Cityblock and help design the future model of the member facing engagement team across scheduling, outreaching and inbound call center.
Work closely with Cityblock’s product team to develop and enhance tools to support scheduling workflows
Meet regularly with Engagement team leads and market operators to iterate on the effectiveness and scope of scheduling operations across new and existing markets
Actively apply performance management techniques, using Cityblock’s analytical platforms to generate and distribute performance reports; collaborate with the scheduling lead to highlight key takeaways and propose strategies to address any issues and meet goals.
Meet 1:1 with the scheduling lead and central schedulers to review individual performance compared to targets, identify and recognize key wins and establish plans for professional development
Along with the scheduling lead, utilize our custom-built care facilitation platform, Commons, and the electronic health record (EHR) to review the complete and accurate documentation of appointments
Support the Head of Member Engagement Operations with implementing new operational workflows and projects around centralized scheduling needs
Requirements for the Role:

You have at least 3 years of experience managing a customer/member facing team providing top notch customer service and meeting goals and targets.
You work effectively and collaboratively, with a clear understanding of company vision, goals, and priorities
You are comfortable with change and can flourish in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple projects at once
You are data driven and have managed and motivated a team using performance metrics
You are a natural relationship-builder and possess the ability to engage and connect with both leaders and cross-functional teams, inspire confidence and build solutions together.
You seek out solutions for making processes more efficient and streamlined

How We Define Success:

End to end scheduling processes are documented, shared, and the team has regular inservices to ensure adherence to protocols
The team has a solid understanding of their day to day goals and how to achieve those goals
Scheduling targets are met across all markets
Market leads and care teams report a high level of satisfaction with Central Scheduling as a service
Nice to Have, But Not Required:

Healthcare experience a plus
