Keep reading if you’re as excited about our culture as we are.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGProcessing debit, credit and ATM cards, new/reissue cards, lost/stolen cards and fraudulent accountsActing as a liaison between credit union, card processor and branchesSupporting front line staff by answering questions, investigating situations, correcting errors, creating plastics, completing fraud and dispute claims, and reviewing member and credit union recordsSupporting the development and implementation of new products and servicesStaying informed of current trends affecting the financial services industry as well as the card services industry, processor and association changes and enhancements.Basically, you’ll be a pretty big deal.
