Job Description : Innovation Labs (iLABS) is an innovative skincare / cosmetic research & manufacturing company. We are currently seeking a VP of Human Resources to join our teamLocation: Mahwah, NJhttps://ilabsus.com/ResponsibilitesCreate, implement, and measure the effectiveness of initiatives that promote organizational/leadership capability.Partner with business leaders to design, plan, and implement broad HR programs, policies, and procedures.Assess current organizational talent and ensure employee performance is differentiated and appropriately recognized.Assess, identify, and diagnose business problems and opportunities.Develop new approaches, policies, and procedures to encourage continual improvements in business and HR efficiency/effectiveness, and lead change management initiatives.Creating an employee engagement strategy that fosters organizational accountability to employee satisfaction and retention.Establishing and teaching best practices in performance management.Informing, engaging, and deploying core HR initiativesLead and drive the execution of strategic projects / initiativesMaintain solid relationships with key external (e.g., vendor etc.) and internal stakeholders.Make recommendations for improving the effectiveness of policy and practices.Partner with senior business leaders to build organizational capabilities and effectiveness, and champion organizational health and performance excellenceAs a member of the enterprise HR Leadership, leverage previous experience in a strong and mature HR organization to offer insights and solutions to continue to drive improvement in deliveryManage employee benefits planning and implementation including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee enrichment benefitsInvestigates accidents as needed for insurance carriers including Workers CompensationAccurately process payroll and correlating reports.Oversee talent acquisition on effective recruiting solutions and identify and support the development of top talent within the organization.Ensure legal compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws including tax compliance, Workers Compensation, FMLA, FLSA, EEOC, & ADA to minimize risk and to ensure regulatory complianceTake the lead in addressing employee relations issues in a timely manner to find an appropriate solution to concerns raised.Requirements: 12+ years of experience requiredSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferredExperience working on various HRIS and payroll systems such as ADP, ICIMS or similar systemsA substantive knowledge of/experience in federal and state law, compliance requirements in HIPPA, COBRA regulations, FMLA, ADA, and general HR and benefits practices;A demonstrated ability to multitask, probe, analyze and problem-solve issuesExperience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on key goals.Strong analytical problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindsetProficient with G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
