A brand new position to Woodmont, the Digital and Social Media Marketing Manager is a company-wide digital and social media forward position, that establishes and implements Woodmont’s annual digital/social strategy for all divisions of the Company. This includes: social and digital content creation, strategy development, data analysis, and outside world engagement. This is truly an opportunity to create!This is a hybrid role (in office/remote).Essential duties and Responsibilities include the following: Creates and curates content (photos writing copy, videos, graphics, and user-generated) for digital and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.Troubleshoots and provides technical support for social media, paid search engine listings, business dashboards, map listings and website updates.Builds content calendars and schedules and publishes content on social media for the People Division, Senior Housing, Property Management, Industrial, companywide branding, and Woodmont’s Social Responsibility.Ensures daily and weekly post and video publishing for brand specific accounts on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.Creates and enhances valuable metrics and key performance indicators that are used to improve the business.Creates detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for various Company divisions: People Division, Senior Housing, Property Management, Industrial, as well as major marketing campaigns and sponsorships.Ensures regular Reputation Management on social media and review websites with consistent responses that are true to the Woodmont way.Makes recommendations to the People Division in crafting messages from the Executive Team and on company-wide events, team member new hires and promotions.Partners with the People Division to provide an array of branded Woodmont ‘Swag,’ new hire gifts, reward and recognition materials, years of service celebrations, promotions, and award ceremonies.Assists Brokers in creation of websites for specific Industrial properties to be leased, as well as updating the Woodmont Industrial Partners section on the Company website, with continuous content.Launches and maintains the Woodmont Aspire Senior Living website.Differentiates Woodmont Aspire Senior Living as a unique brand of services/opportunities, attracting new team members/future residents, existing residents and their families to an innovative way of managing and living in a senior housing community.Ensures a “Social Listening” understanding and monitors hashtags and branded keywords, manages social media crises, and brand safety issues.Interfaces and strategizes with third party vendors for the websites and public relations.Acts as the subject matter expert for all content destined for publishing on social media.Seeks out new social platforms to use to enhance the Woodmont brand initiatives.Promotes Woodmont’s successful history and reputation to external stakeholders.Identifies real-time marketing opportunities.Assists with planning Main Office events.Other duties as assigned.80000 – 90000 / yearJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
