Position : Nursing Assistant–$20/per hr.
Job Description : The nursing assistant incumbent will perform all patient care functions for all patient assignments given by the Registered Nurse in charge of his/her team. The Nursing Assistant is accountable for all patient care given during a shift. The Incumbent will be responsible for adhering to all Standards of Nursing Care and for promoting teamwork among co-workers. The individual in this position must have genuine interest in care of the ill and willingness to work under close supervision.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
C.N.A. program completion required
Experience:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or equivalent training/work experience
Training:
Pursues programs of continuing education, participates in educational conferences, and updates. Maintains knowledge and skills related to area of practice.
License/Registration/Certification:
CA CNA certificate required
American Heart Association BCLS certificate required.
Location: Madera Community Hospital · Medical Surgical Services
Schedule: Full Time, Varied Shifts, 8 hours
