Position : Customer Service Coordinator
Job Description : DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Customer Sales orders incl. Packing slips and Invoices
Create new Customer Accounts
Process Change orders
Respond to internal/external requests in a timely manner using a Helpdesk Ticket system
Work closely with A/R to solve any customer related issues
Standing Order Management
Process Return Orders from our customers
Ensure that all documents are scanned, filed and organized as required.
Ensure expedited process and delivery of rush orders where necessary
Create & provide KPI’s and measurements as required
Work with other team members and line manager to review internal processes and recommend improvement/ changes
Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
Communicate, acknowledge and send correspondence via phone, mail or e-mail in a professional timely manner
Perform other duties as and when required, ensuring the smooth running of the operation.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Apprenticeship in Business is required
Ensures all work is accurate and free from errors
Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP Systems
Excellent judgement and reasoning skills
Advanced interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
TRAVEL: Occasional travel may be required.
WORKING HOURS: Would be required to work in Shift as associate would be supporting Europe. Shift timing – 1 pm to 10 pm Indian Standard Time ( adjust by +1 hours during Day light savings time in Germany).
