Provides a wide range of administrative support to the sales team and Director. Processes completed orders, coordinates shipment or delivery of goods or services, initiates invoicing, and tracks payments. Drafts and reviews sales documents including proposals or contracts. Serves as a point of communication between the sales team and other organizational departments, such as production, product management, or support teams. Maintains records in the CRM system. Enters global parts orders for US team. Responds to basic customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, or order status. Other duties as assigned by Director.
Prepare reports and presentations.
Set up meetings, order supplies, answer correspondence.
Support department through various tasks of organization and administration.
Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
Provides administrative support to Director & Sales team by conducting research, preparing reports, handling requests for information, receiving visitors, preparing travel schedules, arranging calls and scheduling meetings.
Supports a medium to large team.
3-5 years administrative experience.
Ability to multi-task efficiently.
Strong attention for detail.
Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under deadlines with minimum supervision.
