Position Title:
Global Finance Administrator

Position Summary:
This position will support various R2R activities within GFS team in ensuring timely delivery of agreed /adhoc reporting/activities through strong collaboration within the team

Job Description:
Tasks and responsibilities of the position:
Drive self & work closely with team members towards delivering routine deliverables
Support senior team members in daily & monthly regular accounting activities
Deliver periodic activities (Bank Reconciliations, Fixed assets, Intercompany, Payroll, GL, VAT, etc) on time and accurately
Support in reviewing and posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, supporting month end closing, preparing various reports as required by business and supporting audits.
Support R2R team with adhoc requests required for strategic projects (local/global initiatives)
Decision Making Authority:
Key Metrics Role is Accountable For:
Ensure accuracy of the process/activities being handled. Work closely with the Line Manager in ensuring timely and quality service to business and improve efficiency of the processes.

GFS Leadership and team members
Travel Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
2-3 years finance experience in an industrial / finance setting
Fluency in English required
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills – demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment
Experience in SAP/Business Warehouse
Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables
Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge will be a added advantage
