Job Description : **Warehouse Order Packer (7 AM-3:30 PM)**Advancement Opportunities AvailableDEPARTMENT: OperationsPOSITION REPORTS TO: Manufacturing ManagerWe are currently seeking highly motivated Warehouse Order Packers to join our growing team!Responsibilities include:Ensure quality product is being produced, packed and shipped.Record daily activityPerform routine spot checks on work in processInspect and validate completed orders for accuracyRecord packing supplies usedOperates pallet jack to assemble orders and deliver to staging area, done in safe and efficient manner.Identifies pick ticket and determines items to be selected and stacked on pallet for staging.Work environment:Fast paced work environment with, in and around industrial machinery.Noise level varies and at times and can be loud.Qualifications:Listening skills, oral comprehension skills, active listeningOral communication skills, oral expression, speech clarityReading abilities and skillsMathematical skillsAbility to read order sheets (words and numbers) in EnglishAbility to move and lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively and stand for 8 hours per shiftFlipside Team Expectations:Continually meet internal and external customer expectations through teamwork, respect and willingness to help and support others.Demonstrate complete commitment to a culture of safety.
