Job Description : Hand & Stone Franchise Corporation is currently seeking a Franchise Operations Consultant. This position will act as a business partner to franchisees and spa leaders, overseeing the vision and execution of operations strategies. Hand & Stone Franchise Corp. is dedicated to helping driven and motivated entrepreneurs pursue a balanced lifestyle with our supportive and fulfilling franchise opportunities.Pay Range: $55,000 plus benefits and bonus potential.What We Offer: High growth opportunities in a thriving brand.Flexible work options (hybrid or remote work arrangements available)Professional training, development, and continuing education opportunities.Employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) + matchFree monthly massage or facial servicePaid vacation and sick/personal timeWhat You’ll Be Working On: Partner with franchisees and other spa leaders to drive sales and profit while ensuring spas remain compliant with brand standardsImplement brand-specific resources, tools, and strategies to support successful business operationsIdentify and share best practices of top-performing spasHost weekly support calls for franchisees and provides as-needed email supportDeliver weekly newsletters and other corporate communication to the franchisees and spa leaders under your supportDeliver quarterly onsite visitsAnalyze business performance using business intelligence tools and franchise quarterly evaluationsDevelop, implement, and adhere to the Regional Operations Department budgetPerform other related duties as assigned.Desired Skills and Abilities: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing (or similar) or equivalent experience in a similar fieldAbility to travel as needed (up to 60%)Demonstrated ability to evaluate and balance individual workloads through effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skillExcellent verbal and communication skillsGeneral computer and Microsoft Office knowledgeDemonstrated effectiveness in coaching and motivating othersAbility to work with corporate management and employees, franchisees, and strategic partners effectively.Hand & Stone Franchise Corp. is actively looking to fill the role of a Franchise Operations Consultant.
