Human Resources
The Human Resources function develops and administers programs designed to increase the organization’s effectiveness by creating, managing, and cultivating the employee experience. Specifically, our Human Resources team oversees all aspects of human capital management and culture, including diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, total rewards (benefits and compensation), learning and development, HR analytics, and human capital management systems. The Human Resources Summer Associate will have the opportunity to work on projects involving at least 2-3 of these key areas.

Summer Associate Program
The Summer Associate Program provides opportunity for students to work alongside of senior leaders who are committed to growing, developing, and empowering the next generation of healthcare leaders. The Human Resources Summer Associate will work on special projects designed by the business and participate in the following career development activities:
Introduction to the Health Care IndustrySenior Leadership Networking LunchLearning & Development SeriesFinal Project Presentations

Program Details
9-week paid program; Monday, June 6, 2022 to Friday, August 5, 2022Full-time; 40-hours per weekHourly rate of $30 per hourProject-driven

We are looking for candidates who are –
Pursing an undergraduate or graduate degree in the healthcare Industry; rising undergraduate juniors/seniors, and first-year graduate students strongly preferredStrong academic performance, minimum GPA of 3.0 or above preferredAnalytical, collaborative, and strong communication skillsProject management
