Position Summary:
The Institute of Arctic Biology is seeking an innovative director to provide leadership and guidance of research groups within IAB, advocacy and program development for the institute, and administrative management and oversight of IAB budget and personnel. Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.D in a science-related field or relevant disciplines represented at IAB with a minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible management experience required including at least 5 years of experience in supervising and managing both individuals and teams.
