Position : Administration and Accounting Clerk
Job Description : Job Requirements and DescriptionsRequires accounting experience: cash management, payables, receivables.Must be computer proficient and experienced in work processing and ExcelPrepares and records all daily deposits for all Club departments.Processes all member receivables, receives cash and checks, and records same, and processes and mails member statements each month.Prepares payroll taxes (Form 941withholding).Preapares and processes ACH payments and members.Prepares monthly GET tax report and payment.Fields inquiries from members concerning privileges and accounts.Responsible for preparation and execution of documents for incoming and departing members, issuing ID cards, vehicle decals, and maintenance of members data files.Checks in new employees, prepares employee records, vacation and sick hours.Performs other duties as assigned.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offPhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Honolulu, HI 96818: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Administration Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
