Job Description : A boutique investment firm based in downtown Manhattan is seeking to hire a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide support to several members of our team in various departments. In this position the candidate should be detail-oriented, flexible and a quick learner with the ability to prioritize work. The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of corporate experience and keen to learn within the role as the company grows. This is a small firm, and the candidate must have a team-player mentality and ability to wear many hats. Role is 100% in office and willing to work in office 5 days a week.Responsibilities Answering phones and taking messages.Emailing, copying, faxing, paperless office and scanning.Working knowledge CRM or data entry.Skilled and knowledgeable with shipping platforms such as FedEx, USPS and UPS.Make outbound calls to verify locations of various companies.Support cross-department collaboration.Assist with office logistics including storage organization, stocking suppliesConduct lightweight research, prepare reports.Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with office information.Requirements Excellent written and oral communication.Polished, professional, and responsible.Ability to multi-task.3-8 years of experience in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).3-5 years of administrative experience.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Takes direction well.Proactive and self-starter mentality.Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:All employees are fully vaccinated.Ability to commute/relocate:New York, NY 10014: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Administrative Assistant/Receptionist: 3 years (Required)Language:English (Required)Work Location: One location
