Job Description : National Aviation Academy in Clearwater, Florida is seeking an energetic, customer service oriented and team player for an Admissions Representative……..please read further below:Job Responsibilities: Follow up with all assigned prospect inquiries as appropriate with telephone, email, letter/card and in person contact. An emphasis on appointment-setting leading to a formal interview is soughtConducts face to face and telephone interviews on each prospective student based on their attitude, aptitude and motivations to enter into National Aviation Academy and the aviation industry. This will be done in accordance with all school policies and procedures, all applicable federal and state regulations and all accrediting agencies standards and requirements.To inform each prospect regarding the school, career dynamics and aviation sector vitality.Touring prospects in the main classroom and hangar facility is expected.Enrolling and starting prospects into the best programs for the individual as determined via the aforementioned.Consistently meeting and exceeding all goals assigned in the areas of phone calls, appointments, interviews, enrollments and starts as given by their supervisor.Completes and maintains all required paperwork and data entry in an accurate and timely manner.Responsible for assisting the prospective student by following up on a timely manner to insure that the admissions process is complete before starting classes.Works with other departments (financial aid, student services, academics) to ensure student satisfaction.Performs other duties as assigned.Personal Responsibilities and Attributes: Consistently prove and lead by example that customer satisfaction is our highest goal.Consistently prove initiative, enthusiasm, and efficiency.Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.Must demonstrate willingness to learn.Understands admissions process.Basic computer applications including email and the Internet, and outstanding interpersonal skills.Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma required Post-Secondary Degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years sales experienceMinimum of 6 months experience in an Admissions environment preferredThis is a full time position offering health, dental, vision, life, short and long term disability insurance, paid holidays, PTO and a 401k plan.All applicants must pass a drug and background check.Work RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: $48,500.00 – $55,500.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Customer Service/Sales: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
