Then search no further, you may be a good fit for FirstService Residential!FirstService Residential is looking for an Assistant Manager to assist the General Manager in overseeing and managing a beautiful HOA community in Surprise, AZ.This is a full-time in office position, M-F (8A – 5P)Job Description: Provides support to the General Manager in terms of managing an A+ high-rise building while delivering exceptional customer service to the condominium owners, residents, guests, and vendors. The position is responsible for providing a wide variety of administrative services as well as assisting with the management of properties in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Time-management and conflict management skills are critical as well as attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to unit owners, renters, and vendors.Respond to inquiries and provide resolution to concerns in timely fashion.Handle phone calls, mailings, deliveries of packages as needed.Assist with the daily general financial management and recordkeeping.Maintain all records, files, and correspondence including maintenance requests, resident information, Association documents, community information in accordance with company procedures.Assist General Manager with preparation of Board meeting agenda and packets, monthly management reports, and other material needed.Assist with establishing and maintaining and building calendar indicating all community & association activity.Knowledge, Skills, & Proficiencies: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a multi-family or high-volume, customer service, based industry.Practice and adhere to FirstService Residential Global Service Standards and Core Values.Conduct business always with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.Must be able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail oriented, and with good reasoning skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Physical Requirements / Working Environment: Must be able to lift 25 lbs.Must be able to sit and/ or stand for extended periods of time. Property walks may occur which includes lengthy walks on uneven surfaces.Ability to work on site.
