Responsibilities:
The Claim Support Call Team is looking for dynamic individuals with exceptional customer service skills who thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Our department supports both Auto and Fire Claims, and the primary responsibility is to connect misrouted callers to the correct claim handler or department.
Associates may be required to work non-standard work hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. This is a Hybrid position, with designated time in the office a few days each month. You must live within 50 miles of 30346.
Current hours of operation are Monday – Friday 6:00am-9:00pm CST and Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm CST.
Qualifications:
Prior call center experience is a plus but is not required.
Competitive candidates must:
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically
Be adaptable and resourceful – know where to locate answers
Possess the ability to learn and utilize basic software programs
Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance
Candidates will participate in a training curriculum, which will last approximately one week. The training schedule may differ from the candidate’s permanently assigned shift schedule.
