Position : Bookkeeper
Job Description : A local law firm is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team!
Job Duties:
Record day to day financial transactions
Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding and processing payments
Perform all accounts receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections and revenue recognition
Perform payroll functions
Prepare and file monthly GET G-45 and annual reconciliation GET G-49
Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
At least one year of accounting experience; preferably at a law firm
Knowledge and understanding of GAAP
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger
Must have great customer service and interpersonal skills
$50,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience
