Job Description : P/T BOOKKEEPERGeneral bookkeeping knowledge including a/r, a/p, sales tax payable, and monthly bank reconciliations. 25-30 hours per week. QuickBooks, Word and Excel. Bookkeeper is responsible for implementing and maintaining the accounting system. Responsible for day-to-day accounting, processing financial transactions, reconciling bank accounts, researching to resolve discrepancies, creating and entering journal entries, bank deposits and assists with preparation of financial reports.
