Your primary role will be to determine the application and business needs for software development projects and act as a liaison between stakeholders and developers. Working with both the development and operations teams, you will create and analyze requirements for projects, reconcile conflicting positions, and determine how to translate the business need into a plan that can be implemented by developers in a cloud-native architecture. You will be an integral member of ourIT team with the opportunity to:Join a new team at the ground level that is focused on supporting our state-of-the-art deposit-sweep businessWork with top IT talent in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where automation and technical craftsmanship are a top priorityIndependently initiate business process reviews to document functional and system requirements; produce standardized forms for gathering user input and feedback; and produce supporting artifacts, including user stories and acceptance criteria, story maps, data flows, process flows, etc.Be a key contributor to the software development lifecycle, including ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed IntraFi’s policies, procedures, and standardsFacilitate gathering business requirements from project stakeholdersLeverage commercial and custom software to develop solutions to grow our businesses and facilitate participation in our servicesCollaborate with IT Dev Ops managers to ensure high-quality software is developed and maintained in an efficient mannerSeamlessly work across division lines to meet the needs of internal clientsSolve complex business challenges independently or cooperatively either by creating solution designs or facilitating activities with a technical teamUsher feature development from inception to release. Continually engage in the development process. Be able to answer questions, provide detail, address changes to requirements, and facilitate dialog across teams when issues and challenges are encountered to ensure the product is delivered as specified.Participate in IntraFi Network’s IT architectural direction in a management and, when required, hands-on capacity.What qualifications are required?Experience: Extensive experience with business process analysis (4+ years). Ability to independently create user stories and process documentation. Examples of supporting activities on high visibility, time sensitive IT programs and projects. Experience working with cloud services is a plus.Abilities: Exceptional written and oral communication skills sufficient to interact effectively with nontechnical and technical business clients and teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding customer and interpersonal skills. Proactive. Self-directed. Able to integrate with a cross-functional team of varied technical skill sets and to work independently or within a group of people as the situation requires.Technical Skills: Strong skills creating business process designs. Experience with Agile, development tools helpful. Hands-on experience with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
